When calling Absolutions Automotive Locksmiths we require certain information from the customer to provide a safe secure environment to undertake the work needed in making keys for your car and we take security very seriously from the very first phone call to handing over the keys to your vehicle.
When calling us please don't hide or block your phone number.
We need to see the phone number to know who we are dealing with and so we can call you back if needed. We don't answer calls to withheld numbers!
We will need to see the V5C Logbook for the vehicle as this will have the relevant vehicle information and the details of the current owner of the vehicle. If you don't have the V5C logbook or it's not in your name then unfortunately we will not be able to help you.
The owner of the vehicle will need to provide personal I.D in the form of a Driving Licence as this will have your address that matches the V5C logbook. We cannot hand over the keys for the car to someone who is not authorized to drive the car.
The vehicle you want us to work on will need to have a valid MOT Certificate and to be taxed, unless the vehicle is at a garage being repaired in preparation for an MOT.
The vehicle will need to be insured and a valid insurance certificate will be needed.
We need access to the vehicle in order to make keys, this is either at the address on the V5C logbook or on a public highway with an address and postcode.
